Heavy isn’t really the right word: Ed Schrader’s Music Beat sounds like a BATTLE of the heavy bands. Sparse, but pounding doom metal percussion meets a choir of wild shrieks, sling-shoting us through two minutes of piercing punk. And at less that bit-sized portion, even the mosh-pit adverse can view this as an interesting oddity. Really inventive and interesting aggro: invigorating, off-putting, amazing.
